About Mystora
Mystora is designed for spiritual reflection, journaling, meditation, astrology learning, moon work, crystals, rituals, community, and personal growth.
Information You Provide
- Account details, such as email address and sign-in identifiers.
- Profile details, such as name, language, spiritual interests, practice preferences, and reminders.
- Birth chart details, such as date of birth, birth time, birth location, zodiac placements, and chart confidence where provided.
- Journal, dream, ritual, tarot, mood, energy, and reflection entries.
- Community profile details, community posts, reports, block actions, and moderation-related records.
- Dating or matching profile details if that feature is enabled, including compatibility preferences and limited public profile fields.
- Age confirmation and, if enabled for dating safety, identity or age verification status.
- Subscription entitlement status, such as whether Premium is active.
How Information Is Used
Mystora uses information to create accounts, save and restore profiles, personalise spiritual practice, support community safety, provide dating or compatibility features where enabled, manage Premium access, troubleshoot issues, and respond to support or deletion requests.
Local And Cloud Storage
Some Mystora data may be stored locally on your device. Signed-in account features may sync selected data to Mystora's backend using Supabase or another backend provider.
Subscriptions And Payments
Premium subscriptions may be handled by Apple App Store, Google Play, and/or RevenueCat. Mystora does not directly store full payment card details.
Community, Dating, And Safety
Community features are intended for normal text communication, spiritual learning, and user support. Private chat should remain text-only unless moderation and safety requirements are reviewed again.
The overall Mystora app is intended for users aged 13 and over, subject to final app store age rating. Dating and matching features must be restricted to users aged 18 and over only.
Mystora may use age gates, self-certification, identity checks, and automated third-party age verification to help prevent underage access to dating features. Mystora should avoid storing full identity document images unless a dedicated provider and retention policy are approved.
Data Sharing
Mystora may share data with service providers needed to operate the app, such as backend hosting, subscriptions, email, support, analytics, crash reporting, or moderation providers if enabled. Mystora should not sell personal data.
Your Choices
- Update your profile information.
- Control visible community or dating profile information where applicable.
- Request account deletion.
- Cancel subscriptions through Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.
