Account Help
For sign-in, profile, saved data, or account access issues, email support with a short description of the problem and any relevant screenshots.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions are expected to be managed through Apple App Store or Google Play. You can usually cancel or restore purchases from your Apple or Google account settings. Deleting the app does not automatically cancel a subscription.
Community Safety
If community features are enabled, users should be able to report content, block users, and ask for moderation support. Dating features must remain 18+ only and locked behind age verification before public launch.
