How To Request Deletion
- Use the in-app account deletion request when it is available.
- If you cannot access the app, email mystoraspiritualguide@gmail.com.
- Use the subject line: Mystora account deletion request.
- Send the email from the address linked to your Mystora account where possible.
What May Be Deleted
Deletion may remove or anonymise account details, profile details, saved spiritual practice data, journal entries, readings, ritual history, community profile data, dating profile data, and synced app records where technically and legally possible.
What May Be Retained
Some information may be retained where required for legal, payment, safety, fraud prevention, moderation, dispute-handling, security, or accounting reasons.
Subscriptions
Deleting your Mystora account or app does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel subscriptions through your Apple or Google account settings.
Dating Verification
If dating verification is enabled, Mystora should store only verification status and provider reference details where possible, not full identity document images. Deletion of verification data may also depend on the selected verification provider's policies.
